I am not a pro athlete, but I'm able to use many practices for my daily life to recover faster and rest to have more energy. Very good tips on how to prepare mentally for an upcoming challenging events like learning a new sport, have a presentation that can have high impact your business. I learned a lot even I have 10 years of experience in high performance methods for managers and athletes.

I am grateful to have found this book by Ms. Toon and Ms. Kurimay. As a growing table tennis player, I had been struggling to perform in competition as well as I did in the practice. I continue to improve, but I recently won the U1450 Championship at my club using the mental techniques taught by this book.
