Developing strong mental skills is often what transforms an elite performer into a champion. Take your game to the next level!
Mind, Body, and Championship is a six-week small group coaching program that will support competitive and elite athletes and high performers to identify their strengths, and weaknesses, set up process-oriented goals, and develop strong mental skills to achieve peak performance.
The program includes weekly group instruction, independent study, and peer learning.

Whether you are a beginner or an intermediate player Dora will teach you strong fundamentals in table tennis in a fun and accessible way. You will learn about basic strokes and footwork and level up your game.

What separates the best athletes from the rest is their mental toughness. Best athletes and professionals can deal with their nerves under pressure when they need it the most. Applied sport psychology focuses on developing and improving mental and emotional skills, attitudes, perspectives, strategies, well-being, and personal growth.
Essential outcomes from the sessions?

-Enhancing overall life skills
The first few sessions will mostly involve the assessment of the client’s mental skills and needs. Then, we will discuss performance enhancement techniques that include positive self-talk, using cue words, focusing strategies, techniques of imagery (visualization), breathing exercises, relaxation, positive body language, routines between points, goal setting, stress, and anger management, and becoming accustomed to using a pre-performance routine.
We will continuously work on how to build these techniques into the client’s routine and apply them in their sport. The whole consulting process is tailored to the client’s specific needs. The training takes place via online Zoom sessions. Each individual session is 45-50 minutes.
The client can use these techniques not just in their sport but in everyday life as well.
